
Sundance Vendor Information
​- Any one can participate whether you're selling handmade items, garage sale items, auto parts, homemade foods like cookies, pies, jellies, earrings, crafts or things of the sort. Also, you may set up to offer services or just get your business recognition out there.
- Restricted items are goods that can conflict with our concession stand items, alcohol, marijuana, and adult content. Example: Drinks, food trucks, popcorn, ice cream and such. Please let us know if you are planning to have items that could be restricted. Please provide a detailed description of your product to see if it's a good fit.
- Vendor spaces are roughly 20ftx24ft. You may park 1 vehicle at your location. All other vehicles must be parked in a separate designated area.

- Electrical is not provided for any site, we are a drive-in theatre.
- We do not provide tables or tents for this event. You must provide your own if needed.
- Gates for vendors will open at 7am and close at 9:30am. Please use the exit side of the theatre for vendor entry. We will open to the public at 10am.
- Event ends at 4pm sharp as we have to clean and prepare for the evening movies. All participants must be out by 6pm sharp.
-ANY and ALL items not sold MUST be removed from the premises upon departure. This includes ALL trash and unwanted items.
Trash recepticals are for guests, not for vendors pitching unwanted or unsold items.
- There will be a $10 refundable deposit for cleaning purposes. Once you are ready to leave lot staff will inspect your space for left behind items or trash. If the space is left in the condition it was received your deposit WILL be refunded immediately.
- Each space is $20 plus a $10 refundable deposit = $30 upon entry. CASH ONLY payable upon arrival.

-Shoppers attempting to arrive early through the vendor entrance WILL NOT be granted entry.
The Sundance Drive-In hosted a flea market earlier this season and it was a huge success! Over 3,000 shoppers for just over 120 vendors.
Please do your part in keeping this a fun, friendly and safe experience for all parties involved. We urge everyone to be respectful of other vendors, guests and staff alike.
